Material Supply

Electronic:

• Submit in formats JPG or PDF (version 6 and above).
• All electronic submissions should be accompanied by two colour proofs, mailed to our postal addresses below.
  Publisher will match colours on best-effort basis.
• If you are sending electronic materials via email, file size must be less than 5 MB. Please email to: production@tradeplanners.com .

Note:

• All artworks must be of at least 300 dpi.
• Without complete colours proofs the publisher declines responsibility for colour accuracy.
• Publisher reserves the right to match spot of second colours with process colours on a best-effort basis.
• DeskJet-printed copies cannot be accepted as colour proofs.

Production Charges

Advertisement typesetting, artwork, translation, layout or any design work undertaken by the publisher will be charged to advertisers at trade rates. Advertisers are required to submit materials either by email to production@tradeplanners.com or by CD to our postal addresses below.

Payment Terms and Commission

50% payable upon booking; 50% payable 30 days before publication. 15% commission to bona fide advertising agencies providing artwork and acceptable ad films.

Publication and Closing Dates

Publication is on the 1st week of the issue month. Closing date for orders and completed artwork is four (4) weeks prior to publication. Advertising materials requiring composition or mechanical work are due seven (7) days prior to closing dates.
